Isabelle Zhou is an Associate at Floodgate and Chief of Staff to Ann Miura-Ko. Prior to Floodgate, she served as Managing Partner at First Round Capital's Dorm Room Fund, where she led early stage investments with a combined portfolio value of $15B+. She also launched Female Founder Track, a summer incubator program for first-time female founders that has impacted 300+ companies to date.
Isabelle was previously on the founding team of Nooks, where she experienced first-hand what it's like to rapidly iterate a product, launch to customers, and raise funding in a competitive market. Before Nooks, she spent time as a product manager at Google working on data privacy initiatives and as a strategy consultant at McKinsey helping technology companies go to market.
Isabelle was born and raised in sunny southern California as the child of immigrants. She loves warm weather, puns, and good food.
