Ryland Pampush

Ryland Pampush is an Associate at Floodgate and Chief of Staff to Mike Maples. Prior to joining Floodgate, Ryland worked with Ann Miura-Ko and the Floodgate team on startup best practices frameworks used in the popular MS&E 275 class at Stanford. Ryland was a Teaching Assistant for this class as well as others on growth in startups.

Ryland was born and raised in the rural farming town of Tillamook, Oregon (home of the cheese and ice cream!) and still maintains a strong connection to that community.
